Harnas Booking office will provide you with the necessary application forms to be submitted. You can also download a copy of the application form from our website.
Together with the confirmation of your placement, you will receive your invoice. Please make sure to state the booking number on all further correspondence with us (please add this in the subject field when emailing). This will make it easier for us to find your information. Each volunteer receives her/his own unique booking reference number..
Please carefully check the booking details on our confirmation summary and should you find any outstanding data on your personal details, kindly update us accordingly. We would like to have a full and completed record on all your personal data to enable us to more accurately determine your needs and possible role in activities on the property and programs.
Once you receive our invoice, please proceed with the deposit payment (BANK ACCOUNT INFO.pdf). Please make sure to send us a copy of the payment notification so that we can secure your placement. It is very important to state your booking number and full names on the bank transfer or deposit slip when doing your payment.
To make sure your placement with us is guaranteed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount should be paid within 4 weeks from date of invoice. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you fail to pay your invoice in time, your reservation will be cancelled and released automatically by our system and you will not receive a refund or credit.
Please note that we receive requests for placements on a daily basis and have limited space, especially during high season! Do not forget to pay your deposit on time so that your placement is guaranteed.
